Unlike Florin Hill, Walden will not be part of an existing neighborhood. It's set into the rolling farmland of a fastdeveloping township. When it's completed, it will look more like a traditional borough or village - right down to a clubhouse that resembles an early American meeting house.

Fifteen of Walden's 656 lots are already sold, according to Charter Homes. Company leadership is anxious to see this new development succeed.

"We're really excited and anticipate it'll move along quicker now," Rob Bowman, president of Charter Homes, said at Walden's groundbreaking ceremony Sept. 28.
